Is there one app or many?
Every sector has its own purpose-built Android app (DG, Tower, Farm, Home, Voice), but they all share one backend and one login. See the Apps page for each one.
Does it keep working if the internet goes down?
Yes. OMEX hardware runs its control logic at the edge — the device keeps working locally and syncs to the cloud when the connection returns.
How do I add a new device to my account?
Scan the QR code on the device to claim it. Each unit has a permanent device ID and appears in your app automatically once claimed.
What connectivity do the products use?
4G LTE Cat-1 (SIM7670C) for cloud uplink, LoRa for long-range node-to-node links, and WiFi for home products — matched to each deployment.
Can you integrate OMEX with my existing panel or SCADA?
In most cases yes — the controllers expose standard interfaces (RS485 / Modbus). Share your setup and we will confirm the integration path.
